Patterns are designed as authentic as possible, considering the scale from a human adult down to a doll size.  Alternative pattern pieces used in some cases for easiest sewing for authentic appearance.  All patterns have easy to understand detailed instructions.

Note:  Not all patterns include millinery pattern/instructions, as they may have been shaped and fashioned as they were made, without designing an actual pattern beforehand.
